Whatever your age or fitness level, Yoga works in a gentle yet profound way. Improving general wellbeing and the ability to relax & control stress.

Badminton Club

The Torridon Badminton Club normally meets on Monday evenings at 7.30pm. The club is open to all players over the age of 18 (and others by arrangement) and welcomes visiting players. We normally play for two hours. This is an informal and fun evening of doubles where everyone gets to play with a variety of partners, so why not come along and join us.
