The cost of the classes is £6 per 1 hour session, and they are open to all wishing to improve their core abdominal strength and build long, lean muscles, with increased stamina and stability. The group classes are relaxed, enjoyable and uplifting, but most of all achieve their aim!

Individual (1:1) 1 hour sessions are also available with the instructor, using specialist equipment and addressing individual needs with a specific programme of exercises.

The Torridon Badminton Club normally meets on Monday evenings at 8pm. The club is open to all players over the age of 18 (and others by arrangement) and welcomes visiting players. We normally play for two hours. This is an informal and fun evening of doubles where everyone gets to play with a variety of partners, so why not come along and join us.

Cost £2 per person per session.
