In the entrance foyer is the reception desk which is manned by centre staff during normal opening hours. The reception area has wireless broadband and a computer which is available for visitors to use. There is casual seating. Works of art and crafts are displayed in this area – these are available for purchase.

The Foyer connects to the Function Room via glass doors which can be folded back to leave a clear passage.
