The cost of the classes is £6 per 1 hour session, and they are open to all wishing to improve their core abdominal strength and build long, lean muscles, with increased stamina and stability. The group classes are relaxed, enjoyable and uplifting, but most of all achieve their aim!

Classes are taken by Helen Callow. Individual (1:1) 1 hour sessions are also available, using specialist equipment and addressing individual needs with a specific programme of exercises.
